<p>WASHINGTON -- Two US Air Force pilots were circling Baghdad in a B-1 bomber on April 7 when intelligence officers on the ground spotted Saddam Hussein in the Mansur neighborhood. It took 12 minutes for the pilots to punch the coordinates into their computer and unleash two satellite-guided bombs that destroyed a restaurant where Hussein was believed to be meeting with his top advisers.</p>
