ASTANA, May 18 (Itar-Tass) - Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said the common economic space might be formed without Ukraine whether it hampers this process. After his talks with Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko on Wednesday, Nazarbayev said, “If Ukraine’s position hampers the creation of the common economic space we’ll form it without its participation.” He recalled that at the end of the year 2004 the presidents of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan had instructed members of the High-Level Group to prepare documents for signing.
