Lubbock Man, 34, Charged With Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Girl
Man charged with sexually assaulting 12-year-old Kevin B. Ruth, 34, was arrested Sunday on charges of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl over a three-year period, police officials said. Ruth faces four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Each charge carries a potential prison term between five and 99 years. According to police reports, each rape took place at the child's home. The girl told police that Ruth engaged in sexual intercourse with her more than 40 times on weekends while her mother was at work.
