Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said in an interview on Tuesday that her fellow Republicans in Congress who have stuck by former President Trump following the Jan. 6 Capitol attack "will not be judged well by history." Haley Byrd Wilt, associate editor of The Dispatch, asked Cheney how the House Select Committee on Jan. 6 plans on providing a clear picture of the Capitol attack that is widely accepted by people across the political spectrum when the panel appeared to have little support from or involvement with the GOP. Cheney is one of only two Republican lawmakers on the committee, along...

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced on Tuesday that Gov. Andrew Cuomo allegedly sexually harassed multiple women. In 2018, Cuomo opposed then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation because of similar allegations and said he would “fight” for victims. “The confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court is a sad day for this country, and it will haunt us for as long as he is on the court,” Cuomo said in a statement.

A Massachusetts judge has left court in tears after being indicted on obstruction of justice charges for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant evade immigration officials. Judge Shelley M Richmond Joseph and trial court officer Wesley MacGregor are accused of conspiring to prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from taking an undocumented immigrant into custody at Newton District Court on April 2, 2018. Joseph had allegedly ordered the courtroom recording device to be turned off for 52 seconds while she and the defendant Jose Medina-Perez's lawyer had a conversation about getting him out of the courthouse instead of handing him over...

Democracy Failed!!! The Russian interference in the 2016 election to “help” Donald Trump was so bad and dangerous that evidence for it should not be required! Any “reasonable” person (especially those seeking “reasonable gun control”) would agree! A crime, any crime (actually a real crime is not really necessary) by anybody associated with Trump should be vigorously persecuted! (er… prosecuted). This could also include the 62,985,134 suspected felon co-conspirators that voted for the Orange Interloper (outrageous those votes were allowed to be counted! Many are suspected of using voter ID, which is "racist"). Permanent Democrat implementation of "Socialist Utopia" and...

CARSON CITY — The Nevada Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of Las Vegas killer Clayton L. Wrencher, who complained his rights were violated when he was warned not to cry or show remorse during his trial. Wrencher was admonished by District Court Judge Michelle Leavitt not to shed tears or display emotion, and he maintains that prejudiced him before the jury. The court said Wrencher did not object at trial but raised the issue later.

Photo : AFP LONDON (AFP) - US pop star Madonna made a rare foray into politics, calling for her home country to withdraw its troops from Iraq during an interview with British radio."I just don't want American troops to be in Iraq, period," she said on BBC Radio."My feelings are 'can we just all get out?'," said the 46-year-old star, who lives mainly in London with British film director husband Guy Ritchie, who said she believes the US-led war will not help in the fight against terrorism.
