SALT LAKE CITY — A federal jury Thursday in Washington decided Utah activist John Earle Sullivan didn’t just document the U.S. Capitol riot, he was a participant.The jury convicted Sullivan of all seven counts, according to investigative reporter Jordan Fischer.
