CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) Tourism brochures tout the University of Illinois as home to the world's largest archive of original compositions and arrangements by John Philip Sousa, but for years more than four tons of music and memorabilia was stuffed into file drawers and cabinets, accessible to only to a few privileged researchers. Even students who rehearsed in the same building felt it was off limits, says curator Scott Schwartz.
