"The policies and strategies of (Hillary) Clinton and (incumbent Republican U.S. Sen. Kelly) Ayotte have not worked," Rubens said. "They've spread terrorism. What we need is to respect veterans, soldiers, obey the Constitution and then make a case for war if needed, and that includes drone war."
