North Dakota has become the latest state to ban critical race theory (CRT) from being taught in its public schools.On Nov. 12, North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum, a Republican, signed House Bill 1508 into law a day after the one-page measure was overwhelmingly approved by both chambers of the Republican-majority state legislature.
