As Attorney General John Ashcroft revealed the other day, 9-11 Commissioner Jamie Gorelick was one of the "contractors" who worked on setting up the "wall" between domestic criminal investigation and national-security investigation. In fact, she acted to strengthen that wall beyond what the law required. That means her own actions are part of what is supposedly being investigated by the commission she sits on.
