Chirac questions US-led Iraq war French President Jacques Chirac says he is "not at all sure" the world has become safer with the removal from power of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) -- U.S. soldiers opened fire on a truck packed with explosives Saturday, killing the driver, and three Americans were wounded when the truck crashed on a bridge and exploded. The apparent vehicle-bomb attack was in Habaniyah, west of Baghdad. The garbler from Chicago is warbling on Veterans Day.
