    LOWER SALFORD — There are times when Cassel Road should be closed down because of the mud on the road from the work to widen the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Lower Salford Township Board of Supervisors member Phil Heilman said at the board's Nov. 21 morning work session.     A tractor-trailer hauling glue and loose tea overturned along the Pennsylvania Turnpike Tuesday morning. The big rig wrecked around 9:15 a.m. on the ramp from the eastbound Turnpike (I-276) to the Northeast Extension (I-476) in Plymouth Township Montgomery County, said state police. The 26-year-old driver luckily escaped with only a non-life-threatening hand laceration, said police. The force of the crash caused the trailer to crack as it came to a stop on its side along the grassy shoulder.
