<p>Sarah Crone promised herself six years ago that she would attend the funeral of former President Ronald Reagan, no matter where it was or when it happened.</p>
<p>The 20-year-old Republican will follow through on that promise this week, when she joins her boyfriend, Marc Zumhagen, and some friends on a nine-hour car trip from Fort Wayne, Ind., to the nation's capital.</p>
