TEXARKANA, Texas – A 28-year-old Dallas, Texas, man has been sentenced for federal violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Stephen J. Cox today.     On March 6, 2020, a federal jury found Collin Garrett Hayden guilty of obstruction of justice, and he pleaded guilty to possessing a weapon in jail before the trial began.
