More than a thousand Islamic extremists recently marched through the streets of Hamburg, Germany’s second-largest city, demanding that the European Union’s most populous and powerful country be reconstituted as an Islamic state governed by sharia. The demonstration, organized by a fast-growing Islamist group called Muslim Interaktiv, was allowed to proceed after left-wing parties in Hamburg’s legislature rejected a petition by right-wing parties to prohibit the event. During the April 27 march in Hamburg’s multicultural Sankt Georg district, the Islamists — mostly young men, but also women in chadors, hijabs, niqabs, and jilbabs — complained about an alleged surge in “Islamophobia”...

Russian President Vladimir Putin came out swinging at the U.S. on Friday in an aggressive speech as he announced the annexation of four Ukrainian regions. In a message that was already expected to be hostile, Putin further escalated threats against Ukraine and the West by saying the U.S. set a "precedent" of nuclear warfare by hitting Japan with atomic bombs during World War II. Fears have mounted since last week when Putin said he was "not bluffing" after he warned that Moscow would use "all weapons systems available" to defend Russian territory.

Ramadan, the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, began this weekend for the 1.8 billion Muslims around the world. From sun-up to sundown, the physically able among them will fast — abstaining not just from food but also so much as a sip of water. While it's easy to think of Ramadan as a holiday, it's not. Muslims go to work and school and carry on with their everyday life. In that respect, the true purpose of the month is discipline and dedication. The fast extends to more than food. Muslims are expected to practice how to avoid impure thoughts...

Beneath the gold onion domes of the Danilov Monastery a few miles south of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin’s chief shaman explains why Russia is hell-bent on destroying Ukraine. “If we see [Ukraine] as a threat, we have the right to use force to ensure the threat is eradicated,” Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill recently preached to his church’s 90 million faithful followers. “We have entered into a conflict which has not only physical but also metaphysical significance. We are talking about human salvation, something much more important than politics.” The wartime coalition between Putin and his patriarch is called symphonia, an...

Israeli authorities faced more violence last night after a recent spate of shootings and as tensions soar over the threatened eviction of dozens of Palestinians from East Jerusalem. Israeli troops shot and killed two Palestinians and seriously wounded a third after they opened fire with makeshift submachine guns on a base in the occupied West Bank on Friday morning, Israel’s police said. No Israelis were injured. That came two days after Israeli student Yehuda Guetta, 19, died in a hospital from injuries sustained in a drive-by shooting Sunday as he was standing at a bus station near the West Bank...

The Saudi government stated that 18 Saudi...

The final fatality tally for jihadi attacks during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan increased to 1,639, primarily fueled by victims who succumbed to their injuries, reveals an updated Breitbart News count of terror incidents during the period. With a total of 3,343 casualties, including 1,704 injuries, Ramadan 2017 is one of the bloodiest holy months in recent history. Sarajevo, 06.24.2017: How can Israel ever have peace with her Muslim neighbors when experience shows that in any instance in which a non-Muslim state is bordering on a Muslim state, the likelihood of war is high — because Muslim aggression cannot be contained by agreements? Israel, Armenia, Serbia, Greece, Ethiopia all have learned the truth the hard way. Whoever believes in peace with Muslim neighbors has another thing coming for him. In the Balkans, there are these Muslim majority mini-states and provinces from the scrapheap of failed states of former Yugoslavia that are swarming the crowded neighborhood. And this is...

I pray FR survives this election. Our forum has never been so divided. But even more so, I pray our divided nation survives. If traitor Hillary or communist Sanders is elected, it will be difficult to continue as a free nation without invoking certain clauses in the Declaration. Our constitution is certainly being put to the test.

(NEW YORK) - In New Hampshire in an election year, even young children aren't afraid to share their views with politicians - as Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina saw firsthand Friday night. "Do you think Donald Trump is taking away our rights by not letting Muslims in the country because there's some terrorist attacks?" Harrison Golden, an eight-year-old Fiorina supporter, who is Muslim, asked the businesswoman after a town hall event she held in southeastern New Hampshire. "I think Donald Trump says a lot of things that are crazy," Fiorina responded. Harrison's sister, Zahra, who is 10 years old,...

The Islamic State is preparing for a 'final battle' with the West, a terror expert has claimed. As air strikes mount in the terror group's heartland, jihadists will attempt to increase attacks in response, geopolitical analyst Dr Theodore Kasik said. His claim comes days after ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi pledged to attack the West, and as cities across the world tighten security at New Year's Eve celebrations.

Them against the rest Bigoted, juvenile Donald Trump — with a tax plan that would increase the U.S. deficit by up to $12 trillion over 10 years — dominates national Republican presidential polls. The billionaire boor’s competition with the rest of the field is but a proxy for a struggle of huge importance to the GOP, as well as to America. Two Republican strains are slugging it out: Rejectionists, represented by Trump and Ted Cruz, are pitted against candidates who offer greater hope of responsibly governing an ideologically diverse country. Voting in state primary contests, just over a month away,...

It is as if Donald Trump just walked into a 40-year conversation on conservatism and instead of standing there, nodding his head politely as he got acquainted with the topic at hand, began shouting over the crowd. It is essentially what Trump has done to conservative policy gurus this year. Trump has reached over anti-abortion diehards, foreign policy neocons, and supply siders to tell base voters directly what he thinks they want to hear and it's working. But he still doesn't have a grasp on how what he's promoting fits into long-term movement conservatism objectives -- nor does he seem...

Ever since Trump proposed a temporary moratorium on Muslim immigration, he has come under fire from both sides of the aisle, who are claiming it could never work because it is "unconstitutional." Well, several respected law professors have something to say about this that is sure to spark even more controversy. You have to love it! Many critics of Trump and his 'Muslim ban' have labeled it as bigoted and racist, and have called the plan unconstitutional and against the law. Some argue that the First Amendment prohibits the government from using religious affiliations as criteria for allowing in immigrants....

President Barack Obama’s 2012 amnesty for “Dreamersâ€â€“illegal aliens who entered the United States as children–likely created the conditions under which one of the San Bernardino terrorists could enter the country. Obama announced his unilateral policy, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), the “Dream Act by fiat,†in June 2012 after immigration reform activists warned that he could risk losing support from Latino voters in his re-election campaign. Obama infamously broke his promise to pass amnesty in his first term, and risked being outflanked by Republican proposals authored by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 79% to help “Dreamers†stay in the country....
