MILWAUKEE — President Biden repeatedly scolded NBC anchor Lester Holt in an interview Monday — exclaiming at one point, “What’s with you guys? Come on, man!” — as he defended his criticism of Donald Trump despite calling on Americans to “lower the temperature” after the assassination attempt on the former president Saturday. The 81-year-old president lashed out when Holt pressed him on his disastrous June 27 debate performance and bristled when the journalist asked him about former Trump’s running mate J.D. Vance. “Are you seeing what [viewers] saw, which was moments of frankly, that appeared to be — you appeared...

China's Communist Party is at this moment putting in place the infrastructure in America to attack America. [I]n Reedley, California, near Fresno, authorities found a secret Chinese biological weapons lab with at least 20 pathogens, including the one for Ebola, and almost a thousand mice that had been genetically engineered to spread disease. Chinese agents, in addition to hobbling Americans with disease and gunning them down, could bomb power stations, attack military bases, start wildfires, poison reservoirs, or create terror in dozens of ways. These tactics come straight out of Unrestricted Warfare, a 1999 book written by two Chinese air...

During an interview with Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday’s “NBC Nightly News,” host Lester Holt stated that while Israel has produced video of weapons “it says were recovered at the al-Shifa hospital, video of what may be a tunnel” that “doesn’t necessarily point to a Hamas command and control center as Israel and the U.S. have maintained.” Holt asked, “Israel is showing video of weapons it says were recovered at the al-Shifa hospital, video of what may be a tunnel. But it’s clear that the evidence doesn’t necessarily point to a Hamas command and control center as Israel...

A Florida man who evaded deputies earlier this year by escaping into a swamp was caught on Saturday after he tried to outrun law enforcement on a riding lawnmower, authorities said. Dusty Mobley, 40, was located around 9:30 a.m. at a home on Pasco Broxson Circle in Holt, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office said. He was wanted on warrants related to the theft of a $40,000 boat in January. When Mobley spotted the deputies, the sheriff’s office said he switched a John Deere riding lawnmower "into high gear" and tried to flee the scene. Mobley was quickly apprehended after pursuing...

Joe Biden called Lester Holt a 'wise guy' during a TV interview on Thursday after the he asked him for his definition of 'temporary' on the day inflation showed no sign of slowing and instead hit a 40-year high. "I think it was back in July, you said inflation was going to be temporary," said Holt. "I think a lot of Americans are wondering what your definition of temporary is." Biden smiled as he pushed back: "Well, you're being a wise guy with me a little bit. I understand, that's your job." The issue has sent Biden's approval ratings plunging...

I think a lot of Americans are wondering what your definition of temporary is,” Holt said during Biden’s first TV interview of 2022. “Well, you’re being a wise guy with me a little...

The police officer who shot dead Ashli Babbitt during the Capitol riot will reveal his identity on Thursday when he sits down for a television interview to explain how the tragic events unfolded. We have another demonstration of MSM bias. When on March 30, 2021, NBC News anchor Lester Holt received the Edward R. Murrow Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism from Washington State University, he argued "That fairness is overrated." Holt remarked: "The idea that we should always give two sides equal weight and merit does not reflect the world we find ourselves in... Decisions to not give unsupported arguments equal time are not a dereliction of journalistic responsibility or some kind of agenda. In fact, it's just the opposite, Providing an open platform for misinformation, for anyone to come say whatever they...

NBC News anchor Lester Holt received praise from liberal media figures after saying reporters don’t need to hear both sides of a story before determining the "truth." "I think it’s become clear that fairness is overrated ... the idea that we should always give two sides equal weight and merit does not reflect the world we find ourselves in," Holt said on Tuesday night while accepting an award at the 45th Murrow Symposium. Lester Holt feels "the idea that we should always give two sides equal weight and merit does not reflect the world we find ourselves in." Lester Holt...

Determined to not let any tragedy go to waste, each of the broadcast networks touted President Biden’s call for gun control on Tuesday following the mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado. But NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt went a step further, trying to browbeat viewers with a claim that America had experienced “more than 100” such shooting in “the last 20 years.” But back on November 8, 2018, the network claimed there were 307 mass shootings in the first 10 months of the year alone... As a nation, we have been here so many times before. More than 100 times...

NBC News’ town hall with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Monday came under fire for what were described as softball questions and audience that appeared overwhelmingly liberal. The event was hosted by NBC News anchor Lester Holt and took place in Miami, Florida, on an outdoor veranda at the Pérez Art Museum along Biscayne Bay. NBC said that all of the Miami attendees, which asked Biden questions, were “undecided voters.” The town hall started with Holt asking the former vice president to react to President Trump’s return to the White House. He asked if Biden was “surprised” by the...

Jean Duley testified that she was "scared to death" of Bruce Ivins after he left her a string of harassing phone messages, according to an audio recording taken during a July 24 peace order hearing. Duley, 45, told Judge Milnor Roberts that Ivins planned to "go out in a blaze of glory," had bought a bulletproof vest and a gun and planned to kill his co-workers. The audio recording was obtained by The Frederick News-Post on Monday. Duley told the court she got to know Ivins while running group and individual counseling sessions at the Comprehensive Counseling Associates in Frederick...

Embarrassment for NBC News after Lester Holt apparently falls for North Korean propaganda By Brian Flood NBC News is reeling after “Nightly News” anchor Lester Holt appears to have been badly fooled by North Korean propagandists -- giving a cheery report from a ski resort in the Hermit Kingdom that looked to be bustling when it was widely known to actually be a ghost town. Holt -- who returned early from North Korea after scathing reviews -- reported for “Nightly News” from the Masikryong ski resort on Monday, a facility that is the brainchild of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un...

NBC's Lester Holt is under fire for his "cushy" coverage of North Korea, despite the regime’s long record of cruelty, murder and oppression. The star journalist traveled to the Hermit Kingdom weeks before the Peacock Network will cover the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, and viewers slammed his coverage as being sycophantic, decidedly uncritical and feeding "propaganda." Holt was criticized in particular for saying he was treated “with respect” by the regime, where he reported from a ski slope as seemingly happy North Koreans were enjoying a wintry day. Viewers said the ski scene appeared to have been...

U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings’ Washington, D.C., office was shuttered in 2001 after anthrax spores were found, so he’s “very sensitive” to the investigation into the crime, he said. Now, Cummings said he supports a review of the investigation. U.S. Rep. Rush Holt, D-N.J., proposed legislation in September to create a congressional commission to investigate the attacks and the federal government’s response. “Whatever we have to do to get to the bottom of this anthrax issue, we need to do it,” Cummings said. Holt’s bipartisan commission would mirror the 9/11 commission and make recommendations on how to prevent such attacks and...
