BEIRUT, Lebanon — Israeli troops shot down an explosive-laden drone aircraft Monday, FOX News has learned, as Israel continued its assault on Hezbollah guerrillas along the southern border of Lebanon. The drone, an Ababil, was shot down over the Mediterranean Sea near the port city of Haifa, the Israeli Defense Forces told FOX News. Officials believe it may have been headed for Tel Aviv. BEIRUT, Lebanon - Israeli airstrikes flattened two southern Lebanese residences Friday and more than 50 people were buried in the rubble, security officials and the state news agency said.
