It’s time for a few words on what we might learn from a Black volleyball player’s claims about what happened at a match she participated in at Brigham Young University this past August. I have refrained from commenting on this for a spell, in case there were further revelations. As there have been none yet, I shall proceed. Rachel Richardson, a Black member of Duke’s volleyball team playing in a match at Brigham Young University, claimed that she and other Black teammates were “targeted and racially heckled throughout the entirety of the match,” such that they had to face a...

On Feb. 11, an individual wrote "white" and "colored" over a school water fountain, referencing the Jim Crow era. Mark T. Harris, the district's race and equity monitor, told CBS13 that a black female student has confessed to the vandalism, and was caught on camera in the act. Harris said that he believes the vandalism was not a racially motivated act. "I don’t believe those words that were on those water fountains were racist,"...

It’s a pattern that’s almost algorithmic by now. Hateful graffiti or messages are used to deface a public place. Outrage ensues. Liberals publicly flog conservatives — especially those who support former President Donald Trump. The guilty party turns out to be someone diametrically opposed to conservative ideology. There was a bit of a deviation from the norm after the arrest of a man who allegedly sprayed swastikas on the entrance Union Station in Washington, D.C.’s, one day after Holocaust Remembrance Day. Usually, these things are the work of hoax artists. In this case, it turns out to be a Hispanic...

A man who worked with Jussie Smollett testified Wednesday that the former “Empire” actor recruited him and his brother to fake a homophobic and racist attack on him in downtown Chicago nearly three years ago. Abimbola Osundairo said Smollett asked him and his brother “to fake beat him up” and instructed them on how to carry out the January 2019 hoax. Smollett planned a “dry run” and gave him a $100 bill to buy supplies for the staged attack, Osundairo said. He said he and his brother agreed because Osundairo, who worked as a stand-in on “Empire,” felt indebted to...

It's almost embarrassing to watch the lengths to which WWMT television news reporter Trisha McCauley will go to preserve her job security in this era of cancel culture when raising the ire of social justice warriors can easily destroy your career. Therefore McCauley had to perform the unenviable task of pretending that there was still a hate crime that happened at Albion College in Michigan even though it was proven to have been a hoax since the perp turned out to be a "student of color."Here is McCauley going through the motions of the pretense in her report about a...

The claim that there’s an “epidemic” of fatal anti-transgender violence in the United States has been made widely in recent years. A Google search for the phrase “epidemic of anti-trans violence” turns up pieces from the New York Times, NBC National News, ABC National News, and the Human Rights Campaign, a leading LGBT lobby group—among 2,500,000 other results. The HRC’s primary on-point article was headlined ‘A National Epidemic: Fatal Anti-Transgender Violence,’ while the Times led with ‘Eighteen Transgender Killings This Year Raise Fears of an Epidemic.’ Transgender Day of Remembrance has been celebrated since the late 1990s to honor those...
