George Hanks Brown (R-Colo.), who goes by “Hank Brown,” said in a recent interview that former vice president and current Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden is by no means a moderate. “Senator Biden is a pleasant, outgoing individual,” Brown said. A couple of years back, the University of Colorado forged a nonbinding agreement with legislators, promising to protect and nurture ideological diversity on campus. Hank Brown as interim president on Friday, hoping to improve its image after controversies including sexual assault claims and a professor who compared victims of the World Trade Center attacks to a Nazi.
