Ever seen a cattle feedlot up close? Most are mud/manure filled lots with your next hamburger walking in them. The cattle are fed a mixture of things to 'fill them up'. Most have 7-way vaccinations, antibiotics,wormers and hormone treatments. Have I turned you off yet? Don't despair, grass fed beef raised on pastures and hay are making a comeback.
