FUQUAY-VARINA - A Holly Springs teen picking up his girlfriend from Fuquay-Varina High School Tuesday afternoon was arrested after school officials noticed a shotgun and a rifle in his pickup, Fuquay-Varina police said. Joseph Pascal Aprea, 18, of 109 Malmedy Drive in Holly Springs was charged with two felony counts of possession of a weapon on school grounds, according to arrest warrants.
