  • Public Schools Promoting GLBQT

A middle school (6-8 grade) in Washington State has a gay and lesbian club as one of their after-school clubs. Some of these students are 11 years old, barely beginning to enter puberty!! This club is listed on their official school website. It is a school sponsored activity with a teacher advisor! We, the tax payers are paying for this! They are using school equipment to chat on-line. Would they allow a Bible study club, or an Eagle Scout club, or maybe a young republican club? This is outrageous!!!

An organization for lesbians has launched a formal online blast at LGBT activists for calling them “transphobes” and they want the LGBT coalition to drop the “L.” The lesbians argue they are women attracted to women and there’s no room for men who claim they are women. Biology does make a difference, a big difference, they insist, and it’s not enough to simply “identify” as being of a particular gender.

The demand at UColorado that veterans not be allowed to attend four-year universities led me to search the terms they used. Here is the definition of the current term: "LGBTQQIP2SAA: Shorthand for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, pansexual, 2-spirited, asexual, and allies. This is the proper acronym for the queer community."

The National Park Service is launching an initiative to make places and people of significance to the history of lesbian, gay, transgender and bisexual Americans part of the national narrative. Interior Secretary Sally Jewell is convening a panel of 18 scholars next month that will be charged with exploring the LGBT movement’s story in areas such as law, religion, media, civil rights and the arts. The committee will identify relevant sites and its work will be used to evaluate them for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places, designation as National Historic Landmarks, or consideration as national monuments, Park...

Despite the controversy and complaints, Texas A&M is holding separate and special graduation ceremonies for LGBT students Wednesday evening. The "Lavender Graduation," as it's being called, will feature as its commencement speaker Phyllis Frye – the first transgender judge in the state and a Texas A&M alumna. Supporters haven't specifically stated the reason for the special ceremony, except that "new leadership" in the pro-LGBT resource center on campus [link caution] is making it possible this year – and that it is to "celebrate the accomplishments of graduating lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and ally [LGBTQQIAA] students." Regardless of the...

Peter and Hazelmary Bull following the Supreme Court ruling. LONDON, November 28, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Peter and Hazelmary Bull, the Christian hoteliers fined for refusing a single room to two homosexual men in September 2008, have lost their appeal to the UK’s Supreme Court, with the court ruling that their company policy was “discriminatory.” Despite the fact that the couple proved that their policy applied equally to any unmarried couples, and not just homosexuals, all five judges ruled the Bulls’ policy to be a case of illegal discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation, and dismissed their appeal. Two of...

Why does California have a Lt. Governor's office AND a Secretary of State's office? How much money could we (California) save if we removed the giblets this Thanksgiving? Enjoy my latest piece, if you are interested in Constitutional politics this evening... As we move toward a thankful break this Thursday, I want to offer a small dish of giblets. If you spend any amount of time preparing for the holiday feast, you are familiar with the Thanksgiving giblets; in most homes these giblets are unwanted parts that are quickly tossed into the trash or fed to the family dog. The...

LITTLE EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. — When word got out that Mr. McBeth, a popular substitute teacher at two southern New Jersey school districts was about to come back to class as Miss McBeth, it caused an uproar. The former William McBeth had undergone sex reassignment surgery and was now Lily McBeth. The schools' 2006 decisions to keep her on as a substitute were hailed around the nation as a model of tolerance and acceptance of transgender Americans. But the storybook ending never happened: She got only a handful of assignments since then and is resigning in frustration.

All, It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing of my appendix this past Wednesday evening at roughly 6 o'clock. We enjoyed many adventures together. It was my one and only appendix. The survivors request that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to "Rockitz' Appendix Fund." One in six people will lose their appendix sometime during their life.
