(AP) -- A Wisconsin woman charged with making death threats to Republican state lawmakers has pleaded not guilty to charges, but has been barred from the Capitol building and is to have no contact with those involved. Jerry Brown's idea of asking voters to extend higher taxes and instead approve the taxes themselves in the Capitol.
