(Franklin Square, Long Island-AP) -- A Franklin Square man is under arrest on charges he set several American flags on fire as they hung from poles in people's yards. Nassau County police say 20-year-old Lawrence Wan was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with numerous counts of arson. Police accuse Wan of setting the flags on fire between May 13th and June 17th. Wan is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning.
