In what many deem a stroke of political genius, President Trump served today as Grand Marshal of the Daytona 500 NASCAR race. He vowed to take a lap in the armored presidential limousine serving as a pace car, and did. Here are two short videos that show some of the action: https://twitter.com/FOXSports/status/1229135814946410496 https://twitter.com/NASCARONFOX/status/1229137604593037314 As you would expect, the president got an enthusiastic reception from the crowd of up to 200,000. NASCAR is famously patriotic, and Trump is a patriotic president. That may turn out to be the most fundamental difference between Trump and his Democratic opponent in November. In 1972,...

We often hear about President Trump’s appeal within his party. His team keeps a very close eye on the numbers and the President often Tweets them out, ranging from 92%-95% in recent months. His party loves him. But it will take more than his own party to win reelection. According to campaign manager Brad Parscale, numbers coming out of his recent Sunrise, Florida rally tell us he’s well on his way to securing unlikely (at least in the eyes of mainstream media) voters. His huge rally, which drew over 31,000 people this week, had a large number of Democrats and...

As the clash over impeachment heats up, President Donald Trump is planning to hold a “homecoming” rally with supporters later this month at the BB&T Center in Sunrise. Trump recently filed to move his permanent residence from New York to Florida, and a campaign official mentioned that change of address as one of the reasons he was holding the rally. “President Trump recently became an official resident of the great state of Florida and looks forward to a ‘Welcome Home!’ rally with his fellow Floridians,” Michael Glassner, Chief Operating Officer of Donald J. Trump for President Inc, said in a...

Rod Thomson As President Trump kicks off his reelection campaign tonight in Orlando with somewhere between 70,000 and 100,000 people, Gov. Ron DeSantis is announcing that Florida is spending more money on securing its voting systems across 67 counties. As the largest swing state, and one which twice now decided the presidency in very close elections with questionable voting systems — including those ripe for tampering in places like Broward and Palm Beach counties — DeSantis is moving $2.3 million toward election security. The money comes from a large federal grant of $19 million that was provided last year to...

A major super PAC aligned with POTUS Donald Trump has identified six key states the president will need in order to secure his reelection next year. According to America First Action, those states are Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania and Michigan, The Daily Caller reported. No doubt whatever crazy the Democrats nominate, that candidate will win the deep blue enclaves of California and New York, and may even be able to pull off a majority of votes again (though that is looking less and less likely).

Progressive organizations, many financed by billionaire activist George Soros, are working overtime to restore voting rights for Florida’s nearly 1.4 million ex-felons as the nation’s biggest swing state seems poised to play a pivotal electoral role in the 2020 presidential race. The current battle revolves around a Florida state amendment that was passed last year restoring voting rights for felons, with progressive groups opposing a local bill that would require the state’s ex-felons to first pay civil fines and court fees before registering to vote. Florida’s Amendment Four was approved by voters during last year’s Midterm election. The heavily Soros-funded...
