(KCRA) —Service was restored late Tuesday night to all Wave Broadband customers in the greater Sacramento and Rocklin areas after a "deliberate act" caused a large outage, according to a Wave official. "The disruption to service in the Sacramento Rocklin markets due to the fiber cut of several partner carrier providers has been resolved," read a statement on Wave's website.
