ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (WOIO) - A Westlake man is now facing criminal charges for allegedly threatening GOP Congressman Max Miller and his family while they were driving on I-90. Rocky River Police said Feras Hamdan, 36, of Westlake, turned himself in at the Rocky River Police Department with his attorney.
