Three Fatah leaders met with members of Congress and American Jewish officials in Washington on Monday to discuss Palestinian losses during the intifada and American perceptions of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Two members of the Palestine Legislative Council, Kadoura Fares and Hatem Abdel Kader, and Ahmed Ghnaim, another Fatah leader in the Jerusalem area, were scheduled to meet Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs David Satterfield Tuesday afternoon.
