President Donald Trump announced Friday the rollback of 19 "harmful" Biden-era executive orders, including some related to gender ideology and "radical" labor policies. Trump also reduced the functions of a number of government agencies as part of widespread cost-cutting measures. Some of the rescinded Biden executive orders include eliminating the Defense Production Act to push the "Green New Scam," including mandates for electric heat pumps and solar panels, and an order that elevated alleged radical gender ideology in U.S. diplomacy and foreign aid, Trump said. Another Biden order that prioritized union-driven policies was rescinded, and Trump terminated proclamations that declared...

President Trump extended sanctions against Russia. Virtually missing from MSM as it does not fit the "Trump loves Putin" narrative. EO at link.

President Donald Trump's sweeping executive orders have drawn comparisons to Project 2025, a conservative policy blueprint aimed at reshaping the federal government under a Republican administration. Newsweek examines the similarities. Newsweek has contacted the White House for comment via email. Why It Matters Project 2025, a 900-page document spearheaded by the Heritage Foundation, set out plans to expand executive authority, replace civil servants with ideologically aligned appointees, limit abortion rights and impose much tougher restrictions on immigration. Democrats have painted the initiative as a road map for Trump's second term in an attempt to portray him as ideologically extreme. Trump...

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Monday night restoring the sex binary to federal policy, rooting out the Biden administration’s promotion of progressive gender ideology in a move that will have broad implications for the maintenance of female-only public facilities, anti-discrimination litigation, and the use of taxpayer funds for “gender-affirming” procedures. After taking the oath of office Monday, Trump said he will end the efforts to “socially engineer race and gender into every aspect of public and private life.” Later that day, he unveiled an executive order, called “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to...

January 6th political prisoners have been languishing in prisons across America for the past four years, many without a trial. Many of them never had a criminal record, many never committed a single act of violence, including on January 6, 2021, and most of them have had their lives destroyed by the Democrat Party machine’s punishing injustice system. Men and women who’ve been imprisoned by the Biden/Obama shadow government for daring to protest the legitimacy of the 2020 election have lost family members, jobs, businesses, friends, and reputations, all because Democrats needed to push a fake narrative that President Trump...

Donald Trump spent his first session back in the Oval Office signing executive orders to pardon all January 6 defendants and declare dangerous Mexican drug cartels as 'terrorists' while finding a letter written to him by Joe Biden. Trump said he was pardoning about 1,500 defendants and issuing six commutations. He also directed the attorney general to seek dismissal of about 450 pending criminal cases against Jan. 6 defendants. The pardons fulfill Trump's promise to release supporters who tried to help him overturn his election defeat four years ago. 'These are the hostages,' he said while signing the paperwork in...

Video: Dylan Mulvaney Advertises Women’s Shaving Cream by Shaving his Male Facial Hair Transgender internet personality Dylan Mulvaney, a man who claims to be a woman, advertised women’s shaving cream by shaving his male facial hair, and claiming that he’s the type of “girl” who has to shave his face “every day.” Despite widespread opposition to the transgender movement, which outwardly targets American children for deadly mutilation, Nike, Budweiser, Kate Spade, and more have entered into advertising partnerships with Mulvaney, including for the marketing of women’s clothing and beauty accessories. The bizarre video ad was created by trans internet personality...

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, a Republican, signed seven executive orders to decrease the size of her state’s government, combat “indoctrination” and critical race theory in schools, and remove the term “Latinx” from government documents. During her inaugural address Tuesday, Sanders pledged to sign an executive order “preventing the political indoctrination of Arkansas’ schoolchildren.” “As long as I am governor,” she said, “our schools will focus on the skills our children need to get ahead in the modern world—not brainwashing our children with a left-wing political agenda.” The governor’s office sent copies of the executive orders to The Daily Signal....

An executive order signed quietly by Tennessee's Republican governor is troubling some Americans as it greenlights the National Guard and State Guard to implement quarantines and involuntary commitment of citizens "in connection with certain health care and emergency services operations," with the governor specifically concerned about "an increase in COVID-19 cases." Gov. Bill Lee signed Executive Order 83 on Friday "with little fanfare" according to Tennessee Stands, an influential conservative coalition. The group says it found some of the provisions in the executive order "exceptionally concerning," including: "Discretion to utilize National Guard and State Guard members in connection with certain...

Many warned throughout the presidential campaign that Biden would be far more extremist than he let on. Now that he’s safely in the White House, he is taking the wrappings off. In the unprecedented flurry of President Joe Biden’s executive orders, which included the killing of thousands of American jobs and banning the term “China virus” (and which he probably didn’t read anyway), was one that was almost entirely overlooked but could easily end up having the biggest impact. The order also seems harmless enough, going by the seemingly innocuous title “Modernizing Regulatory Review.” Except this order isn’t about modernizing...

American TotalitarianismThe Left's rise to powerLeftists are now in control of the United States, and they intend to keep it that way. They have a stranglehold on the presidency, the house of representatives and the senate. But that's not all. Leftists staff the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Department of Justice and even the Department of Homeland Security. For months our judges, from the lowly circuit courts all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, have refused to hear reams of voter-fraud evidence or even take the issue seriously, despite disenfranchising more than 70 million voters. So while the courts tell Americans...

Nearly every day of former President Donald Trump’s term, someone — either from the opposition party or from the Democrat-aligned media — called him some version of authoritarian. That was especially the case whenever Trump issued an executive order, many if not most of which were summarily challenged by left-wing groups in court, often successfully.

A federal judge in Alaska has ruled an executive order by President Donald Trump allowing offshore oil drilling of tens of millions of acres in the Arctic Ocean is "unlawful and invalid." The ruling on Friday from US District Court Judge Sharon Gleason means a drilling ban for much of the Arctic Ocean off of Alaska will go back into effect. On April 28, 2017, Trump issued an executive order reversing three memoranda and one executive order in 2015 and 2016 by then President Barack Obama withdrawing about 125 million acres of the Arctic Ocean from oil leasing. The Obama...

We’re getting a lot of e-mail this weekend about an executive order issued on Friday afternoon by President Obama titled “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” While the timing of the EO is curious — why send it out on a Friday afternoon when an administration is usually trying to sneak bad news past the media? — the general impact of it is negligible. This EO simply updates another EO (12919) that had been in place since June 1994, and amended several times since.

No matter what, the future is here, and President Trump is one by one by scratching those Obama executive orders. At this pace, President Obama's résumé will be a total blank under "accomplishments." It will simply say he was inaugurated in 2009, was re-elected in 2012 and left office in 2017. There will be very little in between because he did so much by executive order rather than laws passed by Congress. "The 'Blank' Presidency" may be the title of a future book about this time in office.

Today the hot topic in the conservative blogsphere is the apparent return of Robert Malley. He was Obama’s senior foreign-policy adviser who had been caught meeting regularly with Hamas which Obama had pledged never to do and was subsequently thrown under the bus back in May of this year. Two days after the election he was dispatched by Obama to meet with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Other reports have him leaving for the Middle East just hours after the election results. There is no confirmation from the Obama campaign on Malley but many sources are...

Round 2. What you're about to find out is that all the hulabaloo about Trump's first immigration order had nothing to do with the flaws in the order. It simply had to do with the fact that it was an order and Trump made it, and that it in any way bent policy to acknowledge radical Islamists coming from certain countries represent a terror threat. The first one was not a Muslim ban. Neither is the second. The first one had problems but was entirely within Trump's scope of authority to implement, and should have been allowed to stand by...

There was always something fishy about the outbreak of "spontaneous" protests at airports around the country in the immediate wake of President Trump's executive order pausing visas and refugees from terror-prone countries. Not that you'd suspect anything from the way they were covered. Nearly every story published over that weekend stated without equivocation that the protests were an unplanned and visceral reaction to Trump's executive order. Examples: "Spontaneous Protests Hit Airports Across America Following Trump's Executive Order" "Protest Grows 'Out of Nowhere' at Kennedy Airport" "The senseless cruelty of the executive order has led to spontaneous protests at many of...
