President Barack Obama reminisced about the conspiracy theories surrounding his birth certificate during a speech at the National Action Network convention in New York City Friday afternoon. Obama referenced the doubts about his citizenship that led him to release a copy of his birth certificate in 2011, while criticizing voter I.D. laws that require people to present documentation like passports and birth certificates to vote. "Just to be clear, I know where my birth certificate is," he added. Obama then began to laugh. "You remember that? That was crazy," said Obama. "Haven't thought about that in a while."

Attorney Larry Klayman told WND he had expected an “uneventful” hearing in the ongoing case, which returned before Judge Terry Lewis yesterday, but instead found a legal tangle that he believes means Lewis will “have to make a decision, have to put it on record.” “Lewis would have to reach a decision; he would have to put it on record,” Klayman said. “By amending for declaratory relief, we’re pulling the rug right out from Obama and the Florida secretary of state.” “This judge can’t get out from under his legal requirement,” Klayman said. “If he screws around, he’s violating law.”...

Two years into the Obama presidency, the issue of where he was born and what religion he follows somehow continues to be an issue for many on the far right, and now House Speaker John Boehner is coming under fire for telling NBC's David Gregory that it's " not my job " to dispel those rumors. Bill O'Reilly dedicated his regular panel with Juan Williams and Mary Katharine Ham tonight to the ......posted using frpa

So I just walk in from my dental appt., turn on the tv to FOX News, and say to myself, I bet the blowhard is still talking about his interview with B S (Barry Soetero). Lo and behold, he was still harping on it with Goldberg. I swear, the ego of this guy is astounding.

Within an hour of becoming Florida's 45th governor, Rick Scott signed an order meant to ensure that anyone working for the state was in the country legally. But the screening system that Scott is relying on lets unauthorized workers slip through its filter more than half the time because it cannot spot identity theft, according to a federal report. The E-Verify system, a federal database available to employers, failed to identify those workers as unauthorized 54 percent of the time, according to an audit released last year. Investigators discovered that was the percentage of illegal workers incorrectly deemed eligible for...

SANTA ANA – A package left outside the U.S. post office at 615 N. Bush St., contained paperwork, not explosives, Sgt. Tony Miranda said Saturday afternoon. The package was first spotted by a FedEx driver on Friday, who thought it was suspicious and reported it to his supervisor. But police didn't get a call until a passerby phoned Saturday morning, Miranda said. He didn't know why the package was suspicious. "It's not hissing or ticking. It is addressed to someone in the government. I think it's the president," he said.

Jerome Corsi has done the work of ten police detectives during his investigation to discover Barack Obama’s history, for which the President has spent millions of dollars to conceal from the People and the Press. Corsi’s travels have taken him as far as Kenya, where he was once taken into custody by Kenyan authorities a few years back, and deported before he could gather any birth records and interview potential witnesses which might exist there. Today he published a copyrighted story at WorldNetDaily that relates in detail exactly how members of Congress were provided material by the Congressional Research Service...

It is the conclusion of this investigator that Barack Hussein OBAMA II has not only failed to provide proof of eligibility, but has and continues to fight efforts to release the proof necessary to confirm that he is legally eligible to occupy his current position as the president of the United States. To be clear, it is important to understand that there is a vast and significant difference between the meaning of the words evidence and proof, although most people use the terms synonymously. While Black’s Law Dictionary offers the legal definition of both terms, they can be easily summarized...

I figured his spokesmen would keep hammering the Birther thing, but a full-blown ad replete with cameo by Orly Taitz? Quoth Ron Burgundy: “Boy, that escalated quickly. I mean, that really got out of hand fast.” My feelings about Birtherism are well known and, needless to say, this is an efficient way of marginalizing Hayworth with undecided centrists who might otherwise be weary of decades of maverickiness. (Geraghty was moved this morning to note Hayworth’s willingness to make chitchat with the John Birch Society.) But I hope McCain’s prepared to explain why he’s ready to go bareknuckle on Hayworth by...

Last night Attorney Leo Donofrio filed an Omnibus Motion to Reconsider in the case RE: in Chrysler LLC et al., in the name of Attorney Stephen Pidgeon and himself, and on behalf of more than 20 Chrysler Dealerships, seeking to recover monetary compensation for the loss of their franchises and contractual rights with Chrysler. The case involves the disputed bankruptcy proceedings of Chrysler automotive corporation, known formally as Chrysler LLC. The many cases regarding the dissolution and sale of Chrysler are being heard before the Honorable Robert J. Gonzalez, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Federal Court, Southern District of...

President Obama he has paid nearly $1.7 million to his top eligibility lawyer since the election. Obama for America, Obama's 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as "Obama 2.0" is still collecting financial contributions. Federal Election Commission records for "Obama for America" show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,666,397.01 since the 2008 election. The most recent sum, $314,018.06, was listed in Obama for America's October Quarterly report filed with the FEC.

(snip) Paglia responded: First of all, I reject the idea that the 'birther' campaign is motivated by racism. There may be racism among it, but there are legitimate questions about the documentation of Obama's birth certificate. I'm sorry, I've been following this closely from the start. To assume that all those signs about the birth controversy were motivated by racism, that is simply wrong. She continued, explaining she first came on the scene in the 1990s and has dealt with cries of sexism and homophobia, calling such battle cries "emotional" triggers. Paglia said the fact there was little racism in...

Despite the mainstream news media's silence regarding this matter, an increasing number of Americans are concerned that Barack Obama might not be eligible, under the Constitution, to serve as President. According to the U.S. Constitution, an individual born after 1787 cannot legally or legitimately serve as U.S. President unless he or she is a "natural born citizen" of the United States. Among members of Congress and the mainstream news media, the consensus of opinion is that anyone born in the United States is a "natural born citizen". However, when we researched this issue a bit more carefully, we found that...

U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter had a scheduling dilemma while managing the pre-trial stages of the government’s prosecution of several alleged members of the notorious Florencia 13 street gang in South Central Los Angeles and Inglewood. He had 16 defense lawyers plus federal prosecutors — most of whom were also handling other cases in other courthouses — on the case pending before him in the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana. And Carter, a former state prosecutor and Superior Court judge, knows that getting lawyers together is like herding cats. Making things a little more difficult for...

With more than 200 individual threads and thousands of comments on the eligibility issue alone, moderators of the White House website on "open government dialogue" have been working tirelessly to edit the dialogue about Barack Obama's elusive "long-form" birth certificate. Many of the top-rated threads are from citizens calling on Obama to release his birth certificate. The postings in the "top rated" category have received the most "looks promising" votes from users. New threads on the topic of Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president are appearing by the minute. WND observed the "Making Data More Accessible" section for several...

Arguments that had been expected to be taking place before a federal appeals court right about now on whether U.S. citizens have a right to know that their president is eligible for the office he holds have been delayed. Philip Berg, the first lawyer to take the issue of Barack Obama's compliance with the U.S. Constitution's requirements for president to court, says he's been told by officials with the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that the oral arguments in his Berg vs. Obama case, No. 088-4340, have been put off. "About two months ago I received notice that the...

The Internet has been around for quite a while, but until the spread of web browsers in the 1990s, the collection of computers and networks was primarily used by the government and academia. The web browser brought the power of the Internet to "regular" people, and a whole era was launched. Shopping online? Even the word "online" didn't exist a few years ago. In addition to shopping, social networking, e-mail checking, and on and on, actual, real work can be performed as well. There are many new sources of information which are quickly replacing the "old school" standbys such as...

Perhaps a film made in Hawaii will put the idea to rest that Obama was not born in the United States. For some skeptics showing a birth certificate might not have been enough. Now some University students are about to produce a film about Obama's birth. These University of Hawaii students will use a cast of local people for the story that takes place at Kapiolani Medical Center, the place where it is conjectured Obama was born. The story will relate how nurses and staff would feel if they knew that the child born there was going to grow up...

Now a similar case is rearing its head in Nashville. It appears that esteemed representative and statesman Stacey Campfield's citizenship is also being called into question. Many believe Campfield's abnormally tall forehead is indicative of only one thing: He's an alien.

OK... So everyone knows that Obama screwed up while taking the oath of office. And most people know by now that he took the oath a second time, just to be sure (as did two previous Presidents - Chester Arthur and Calvin Coolidge). But did he screw it up the second time also?
