Alliance Defending Freedom has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the parents of the parents of three children in Colorado. The lawsuit involves elementary school children who, with the permission of their parents, went on overnight field trips arranged by the school. An 11-year-old girl was told by her school to share a bed with a transgender child during an overnight school trip. Dozens of Ohio students staged a walk-out after a high school girl claimed that she was harassed in the bathroom by a transgender student. Elida High School student Charisma Akroyd said that a biologically male student walked into the bathroom while she was taking off some of her clothes and asked to 'join in'. A first grade boy allegedly forced a classmate to perform a sex act under a desk in a classroom as a second boy recorded it on one of the school’s learning devices, according to the Plainview Herald.
