As COVID cases began to rise a year ago, a Chinese company contacted several U.S. states and offered to set up testing labs. As a byproduct, the Chinese firm, Beijing Genomics Institute, would likely gain access to the DNA of those tested. The offer was tempting for states struggling to set up their own testing facilities for a new virus on short notice. But U.S. national security officials urged the states to reject the offer, citing concerns about how China might use personal data collected on Americans. "We certainly reached out to our partners and the community to make sure...

Senators confirmed Avril Haines to be President Biden's director of national intelligence (DNI) on Wednesday, giving him his first Senate-confirmed Cabinet pick. Senators voted 84-10 to confirm Haines, who appears to be the only Cabinet official Biden will get confirmed on the first day of his administration. It's a historically small number of Cabinet picks to get through the Senate on the first day of a new administration and comes after Republicans were furious in 2017 when Democrats allowed only two Cabinet picks to be confirmed on former President Trump's first day.

Good grief… Could the purposeful timing of those intent on preserving corrupt intelligence and U.S. government institutions be any more transparent? As CTH noted weeks ago, the DNI report on foreign involvement in 2020 election interference could structurally have established the framework for election challenges on the basis of the guarantee clause of the constitution. However, in order for that to be effective it would be needed prior to the congressional certification of the electors. Today, literally hours after congress votes to certify the election results, that very same DNI report is now delivered to congress. Buried inside an article...

The report was due on 12/18/20. Then it got delayed, apparently due to an internal argument as to who would be to blame for foreign interference in our election. Now, what...where is it? Is it going to be a part of tomorrow's events?

“At the moment, POTUS is sitting on a stack of Trump cards that he’s just waiting to unleash…a royal flush! He has court cases that will go to the Supreme Court and thanks to the Texas case, he’s now aware how to file them properly…under article 3 not 2…so the SCOTUS will be forced to listen…. He now has the DNI report. Barr stepped down and can now be a witness…..he did his job. Durham is special counsel and can prosecute, in any state…. He’s letting civil, criminal and federal courts fail to handle the situation properly….so he can use...

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe confirmed that there was foreign interference in the 2020 election, according to CBS correspondent Catherine Herridge. “Well DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government. And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January,” Herridge said. Ratcliffe’s office did not immediately respond to The Epoch Times’ request for confirmation of the report. Ratcliffe’s statement contradicts...

Newsmax correspondent Emerald Robinson on Thursday reported Ratcliffe is refusing to sign off on the report until the intel officials include the damning information on China and its attempt to influence the 2020 election. Emerald Robinson, “We’ve heard from sources that there is raw intelligence that is pretty damning and much more expansive on the efforts of China implemented in order to counter a possibility that there would be a Trump second term… The fact that Ratcliffe is waiting for that to be included is that there is a portion of the intelligence community that is refusing to sign off...

Director of Intelligence John Ratcliffe said in a Sunday morning last week that there might not be a Joe Biden administration. While appearing for an extensive interview with the Epoch Times on Sunday, attorney Sidney Powell discussed irregularities she has uncovered over the course of her investigation into alleged election-related fraud, and expressed confidence that the time is soon approaching where most of her bombshell claims will be confirmed.
