Florida TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A second disturbance has popped up in the Atlantic as Florida braces for Tropical Storm Debby. Police arrested 26 young people during a disturbance at Eastpoint Mall on Sunday night after a carnival at the Baltimore County shopping complex was shut down. Sometime before 6 p.m., Jolly Shows Spring Carnival and mall officials made the call to close the carnival for the evening, Baltimore County police spokesman Shawn Vinson said at a news conference at the scene Sunday. PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — It happened again. As soon as the warm weather hit, a large group of students in Center City caused a ruckus, endangered themselves, police and pedestrians. The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has charged 10 juveniles with Conspiracy, Obstructing Highways, Failure to Disperse and Disorderly Conduct. All 10 defendants are scheduled for a detention hearing Wednesday at the Youth Studies Center in Philadelphia. Four other teens were also arrested by Philadelphia Police on Tuesday evening, and they are currently being processed by police. According to authorities, 11 males and three females were arrested. All of them are teens.

Police cars have been set on fire during a demonstration outside a police station in north London, according to witnesses. Tottenham resident, Maria Robinson, says the disturbance is linked to the fatal shooting of a man during a Scotland Yard operation on Thursday. PHOENIX – A disturbance broke out Saturday afternoon during a protest of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's immigration policies when a group of marchers allegedly threw water bottles and other items at police officers. Lt. Pat Hofmann of the Phoenix Police Department says officers used pepper spray as they tried to separate protesters from an officer on horseback who was trying to take away the bottles and got crowded by the protesters. Four people were detained, and Hofmann says one is expected to be charged with aggravated assault on a police officer.

Police arrested 22-year-old Abdul Walid Hamid of Hayward on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 4, after he reportedly tore a crucifix from a person's neck and scared others at Stoneridge Shopping Center. Hamid, an employee at a mall kiosk near Starbucks, has been charged with battery, terrorist threats and grand theft. According to reports, Hamid was yelling "Allah is power" and "Islam is great" while holding a pen in a fist over his head. Witnesses said he shouted anti-Christian comments, said police. Lt. Air marshals, pilots and security officials yesterday expressed concern that airline passengers and crews will be reluctant to report suspicious behavior aboard for fear of being called "racists," after several Muslim imams made that charge in a press conference Monday at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. THE HAGUE (AFP) - Twelve passengers on a Northwest Airlines flight that returned to Amsterdam's Schiphol airport after the pilot raised an alert over worrying behaviour have been arrested, the Dutch ANP news agency has reported. The plane was flying from the Dutch capital to Mumbai, India, with 149 passengers on board on Wednesday when what the pilot called "behavior of concern" prompted him to return to Amsterdam. The plane was escorted by two Dutch air force jets.
