Last week, America’s most dishonest Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson (Soros Democrat), held a press conference at the Richard H. Austin building in Lansing, MI, to announce her candidacy for governor. The unpopular Democrat SOS is running to replace Michigan’s equally unpopular Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who is term-limited. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is filing her gubernatorial campaign committee at the Richard H. Austin Building in Lansing ... The problem is, as she has done so many times before, it appears Jocelyn Benson violated the law. Benson’s announcement to run for governor violated Michigan campaign finance law when she...

Michigan’s top election official, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, is the subject of a bar complaint over her department’s actions to keep independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name on the ballot. State Sen. Ruth Johnson, a Republican who immediately preceded Benson as secretary of state, filed the bar complaint alleging that Benson manipulated procedures to undermine the Nov. 5 election. Michigan is one of the most fiercely contested battleground states. Vice President Kamala Harris, a Democrat, and former President Donald Trump, a Republican, are separated by a single percentage point, according to the Real Clear Politics...

The Michigan Farm Bureau’s AgriPAC endorsed former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) over Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) in the battle for the open Michigan Senate race. The Michigan Farm Bureau has not endorsed a Republican for the Senate seat since 2006, having backed the retiring Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) in her 2012 and 2018 Senate races.

Remember when GOP poll challengers were kicked out of Detroit’s absentee ballot counting room on the day after the 2020 election? Can you guess which type of ballots they were counting? If we told you they were UOCAVA votes, would that mean anything to you? Does the average American citizen even have a clue what the acronym ‘UOCAVA’ stands for? If you don’t know what the acronym UOCAVA stands for, you should because it could very well be the key to how Democrats plan to steal our upcoming election from President Trump and pro-America candidates running for seats up and...

The Michigan Supreme Court will soon determine whether Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson circumvented the rule making process to impose restrictions on poll challengers. The case argued before the state’s highest court on Tuesday is only the latest in a string of lawsuits over election rules Benson imposed through a manual issued to clerks in 2022 that has since led to repeated defeats in lower courts. On Tuesday, arguments centered on instructions for election challengers, which involve a uniform credential form, limits on recordings, and a ban on electronic devices during absentee vote counting, The Detroit News reports.State and national Republican...

Michigan voters are accustomed to getting election results on election night but that won't be the case this Tuesday night. It may be 24 hours after the polls close that we will know who won in some key races and this could create another debate over who really won. "I am really worried about what is going to happen on election night," said Richard Czuba. Czuba, a Michigan pollster, with Glengariff, is not alone. The person in charge of running a smooth, fair, and accurate election is worried as well - on two fronts. First, about potential distractions in and...

A federal district court judge in Michigan on Thursday denied Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s efforts to dismiss a lawsuit against her office for failing to remove deceased registrants from the state’s voter rolls. In November, the Public Interest Legal Foundation filed the suit, claiming their analysis determined 25,975 dead Michiganders were registered to vote as of August 2021. Of those, 23,663 had been dead for five or more years, while 17,479 had been dead for more than a decade and 3,596 had been dead for at least 20 years.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has failed to convince a judge to dismiss a case that could force the state to remove 25,975 deceased people from its voter rolls. Benson moved for dismissal of a case brought against her in November 2021 by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) for her failure to clean up the state’s voter registration rolls—in an alleged violation of Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. On Aug. 25, Benson’s motion to dismiss the case was denied by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. The court also...

LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — In a letter to state House Oversight Committee Chairman Matt Hall sent on Tuesday, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson 'declined an invitation' to participate in hearings on the 2020 general election out of concern that they are “amplifying already debunked conspiracy theories and previously disproven claims of people who lack basic knowledge of election administration, and in doing so undermining the integrity of the election and wounding our democracy.” ..more at link
