LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — In a letter to state House Oversight Committee Chairman Matt Hall sent on Tuesday, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson 'declined an invitation' to participate in hearings on the 2020 general election out of concern that they are “amplifying already debunked conspiracy theories and previously disproven claims of people who lack basic knowledge of election administration, and in doing so undermining the integrity of the election and wounding our democracy.”

Most likely, she won't appear because she wouldn't be able to answer even the mundane questions, let alone the tough ones.
I'd like to see them subpoena her to testify under oath vs. "invite" her.

This is meaningless.
The only thing from the MI legislature that matters is an alternate set of electors. Not from the GOP. From the legislature.
THAT can stand up with the Constitution. This silliness of sending alternate sets who are NOT from the legislature is feel good BS that is not focused on winning.
I’d like to see her sorry derriere dragged into the room and then sat down into a chair with the admonition, “Siddown!” given by a particularly burly tall man.
That's a lot of words which should have said:
“Dominion voting software rigged it for Democrats”.

Benson prolly is in her “War Room” plotting revenge and mayhem against all conservatives. That’s how they operate.
Issue a subpoena. If she refuses to appear, send some troopers over to get her. If she resists, throw her in a cell and let her think about it for a few days.
She is not going because there is nothing she would say that isn’t a lie.

if not for outright in your face fraud in previous elections, these Communists would not be in office today. I do not believe the real people, citizens of Michigan actually voted real ballots and put this Governor, Sos, and AG into office - all fraud.

Since the state legislature has plenary authority to administer elections, stop asking and ASSERT your constitutional authority.
