The wild woman — who called herself the goddess Venus — allegedly stabbed a manager of an airport restaurant in the head and face with his own pencil as he tried to subdue her, according to the report. She is also accused of biting him on the forearm, breaking the skin and causing bruising. I'm a shuttle driver for a hotel near the DFW airport, and in the last year a building program of making new toll plazas on the north and south end has taken place and part of this program has been to build very narrow concrete barriers to enter and exit the DFW airport. The concrete barrier lanes, makes one feel one is entering or leaving a fortress compound, such as the Berlin Wall. Three of the region's eight House members – all from the Dallas side – say it's time to loosen or scrap the 25-year-old Wright amendment. "I think it's outlived its usefulness," Rep. The willingness of Dallas-area lawmakers to openly side with Southwest Airlines Co. against American Airlines Inc. represents a fresh threat to American and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Both have been...
