Last month’s DART train shooting that left two men wounded was sparked a month earlier by a cigarette lighter, authorities say. Patrick Klaypenh told police the dispute began after he got off a train early May 10 at the LBJ-Skillman Station and was approached by Curtis Langrum, who asked if he could borrow Klaypenh’s lighter. Langrum and Klaypenh “then started to verbally argue about how (Langrum) disrespected (Klaypenh) about borrowing the lighter,” according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
