TEXAS – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against Debra Lynch, a Delaware-based nurse practitioner who runs Her Safe Harbor, an organization accused of shipping abortion-inducing drugs into Texas in violation of state law. According to the lawsuit, Her Safe Harbor routinely sends mifepristone and misoprostol across state lines. The organization advertises abortion pills by mail and promises delivery to Texas within days.
