CHICAGO — Chicago police reported 37 teens were charged after a reckless gathering ensued in the city’s South Loop Sunday night. Police reported 30 teens between the ages of 12 to 17 were charged with a misdemeanor of reckless conduct. A man drove through a crowd gathered for a fundraising event Saturday, killing one person and injuring 17, before fatally attacking a woman in a neighboring borough, Pennsylvania authorities said. Former President Donald Trump's Georgia rally on Saturday failed to draw the number of supporters he has been accustomed to in the southern state, according to multiple journalists covering the event. The number of migrants waiting under a bridge in Texas to be apprehended by the Border Patrol has doubled overnight and now tops more than 8,000 people, according to a report on Thursday. Drone footage shot by Fox News shows the sea of migrants, the majority from Haiti, under the International Bridge in Del Rio, Texas, and sources tell the network that the situation is “out of control” and that Border Patrol agents are overwhelmed. PHILADELPHIA - Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf is allowing larger crowds at indoor and outdoor events under guidance that's linked to the maximum capacity of venues. The Democratic governor's new rules, announced Tuesday, will take effect on Friday.
