MIAMI (CBS4) ― A man was killed outside a convenience store Thursday after he was struck over the head with a crowbar by a store employee. Miami-Dade Police spokesman Roy Rutland is reporting that Akillarve Oliver, 34, went into the Quick Shop at 9720 SW 168th Street at 5:45 pm Nov. 18 and allegedly began verbally attacking the store owners.
