MIAMI (CBS4) ― A man was killed outside a convenience store Thursday after he was struck over the head with a crowbar by a store employee.
Miami-Dade Police spokesman Roy Rutland is reporting that Akillarve Oliver, 34, went into the Quick Shop at 9720 SW 168th Street at 5:45 pm Nov. 18 and allegedly began verbally attacking the store owners.
According to arrest records Oliver allegedly called the clerk a racial slur, suggested he go back to his country and threatened to do unprintable things to his mother and sisters.

Did he have a carry permit for that crowbar?
There was a headcrab around... Mr Freeman was just protecting himself.
If he had killed the guy while he was still IN the store, he could have claimed self-defense or defense of others (he feared an imminent threat to himself or others). By allowing the guy to walk out the door before he 'brained' him, he may have assured his own murder (or at least manslaughter) conviction.

If he’s a muzzie, and he gets a liberal judge, the sentence will be light, very light.
And three of those ten are already here. I believe that open carry of a crowbar is only legal in Black Mesa, City 17, not so much.
They should push for Akillarve’s Law to prevent future crowbar attacks.
Even though the muslim storeowner killed a black guy, the liberals in Miami will appease islam and build a victory mosque across the street from the convenience store.
