The Star Tribune is looking for a new publisher. Keith Moyer announced Friday that he was stepping down from that position which he had held for six years. Moyer said that it was a "tough" decision to leave the Star Tribune and that his departure is in no way related to the newspaper's sale to Avista Capital Partners.
