MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A manager at a Cordova bar and grill, along with three other female employees, were taken into custody for allegedly beating up a waitress on Sunday. According to Memphis Police, officers responded to an assault call at 1740 Germantown Parkway. Police list the address as Mugshot’s Bar and Grill. According to authorities, a woman and her boyfriend were inside the Chuck E. Cheese on North Germantown Parkway redeeming tickets when he told her he was going out to his vehicle. MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - The second person charged in the shooting death of Susan McDonald has a criminal rap sheet dating back to 1997. Andre Bowen, 36, is charged with first-degree murder, in addition to Anthony Olivo, who was previously charged. McDonald was shot and killed on August 1 outside of a friend's home in the 8400 block of Bazemore Road in Cordova. In 2005, Bowen was convicted of voluntary manslaughter for a shooting. He was sentenced in 2008 and while in jail awaiting that sentencing, he was charged with simple assault for fighting with an inmate.
