MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A manager at a Cordova bar and grill, along with three other female employees, were taken into custody for allegedly beating up a waitress on Sunday.
According to Memphis Police, officers responded to an assault call at 1740 Germantown Parkway. Police list the address as Mugshot’s Bar and Grill.
The victim says it started with her talking to her manager’s ex-boyfriend. She told police that she got into an argument with the manager, Shereva Dortch, and her other coworkers, Arlina Fox, Nyla Fields, and Cailyn Williams.
The victim claimed that Dortch and ten other people attacked her from behind before stealing her car and house keys.
She was reportedly punched in the face numerous times, stomped, and kicked while on the ground.
MPD says the victim lost consciousness and received two black eyes, several bruises, and cuts on her body. She was taken to Baptist Hospital in Southaven.
Shereva Dortch, Arlina Fox, Nyla Fields, and Cailyn Williams are charged with aggravated assault. They each bonded out of jail and are due back in court Friday morning.

Memphis has female feral wild animals that are far worse than the men. The first few months I lived here I was very concerned about all the dead black cats on Lamar Avenue, Summer Avenue, and Elvis Presley Boulevard. I eventually stopped and was going to move it out of the intersection when I realized they were all hair weaves and wigs. The first thing women of color go for in a fight is the hair, ripping it out of the glue and weave. Then they try to pull that top over the head and beat their victim to death. It always starts with a sucker punch followed by a death grip on that hair weave.
Looks like they are due to be Black in Court.
Probably make a million there selling wigs.
They could almost be clones.

Oh, they’re auditioning, all right. Just... not for a movie role. And not for a role they’re going to ‘enjoy’... for all eternity, I’m betting.
Completely agree. I’m 100% fed up with them for good. It’s crystal clear they’re NEVER going to civilize their own “community”, and I’ve had enough of them preying upon people who ARE living their lives responsibly. They constantly identify with Africa and what they believe (often incorrectly) is African culture, so send the uncivilized ones back there and let them create their “black utopia.” But to be fair to the innocent native Africans, maybe sequester them in their own isolated compound, kind of like a nature preserve. I’d make sure it was well-stocked with lions, elephants, hippos, deadly snakes, etc. so they could really get back to their “roots” (and the animals have to eat, too).
Well I suppose ten of the shouldn’t have jumped her from behind, knocked her out, stomped her, blackened her eyes and stolen her keys and wallet. But why was she talking to her boss’ ex boyfriend? I mean c’mon! That’s crossing a line!
My clue was the ten people attacking her from behind.
Some ghetto women stick razor blades in their hair as a counter measure to getting grabbed by the hair.
10-1 makes me suspect the victim was the lone white girl working there.
