An octogenarian lawmaker infamous for screaming at journalists and sending a rude letter to a child is on the verge of losing her seat after more than 21 years. Incumbent congresswoman for North Carolina's fifth district Virginia Foxx, 83, is set to lose her seat to Democrat upstart Chuck Hubbard.
