he Columbus Dispatch reported on Wednesday that police arrested a 27-year-old undocumented Ohio man, Gerson Fuentes, after he confessed to raping a 10-year-old girl, which resulted in pregnancy. The viral story of the child who needed to seek an abortion out of state after Roe v. Wade was overturned was reported vaguely by the Indianapolis Star and was used as a political weapon to go after Republican legislators who advocate for abortion restrictions. I reported on glaring errors and omissions in the reporting in the Indianapolis Star, which led to fact-checks by multiple news organizations, including Snopes and the Washington...

Two people were arrested Sunday after a man was assaulted during a protest near Olympia City Hall. About 3:45 p.m. Sunday, protesters who had gathered outside of City Hall moved into the intersection on Fourth Avenue and Cherry Street to block cars headed east. Counter protesters who had gathered in the Meineke Car Care Center parking lot across from City Hall tried to shepherd the cars through the lot and onto Cherry to keep traffic flowing. The two groups got close and began yelling at one another, throwing insults and curses until a man from the group at Meineke was...

Then there’s the sobering news. The Philadelphia Police Department had already arrested and then released Moran twice this year, despite ICE having filed a detainer for him both times. (ICE.gov) Nov. 27, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested unlawfully present Guatemalan national...

Film director Roman Polanski is suing the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, demanding reinstatement to the storied organization after he was expelled last May. The suit, filed in the state of California, says AMPAS did not follow proper protocol in dismissing him nearly a year ago. The Academy did so “in accordance with the organization’s Standards of Conduct,” they said at the time, adding their leadership expected members to “uphold the Academy’s values of respect for human dignity.” Polanski’s suit says the Academy’s expulsion decision “is not supported by findings, and the Academy’s findings are not supported by...

The left cares about women. It cares about them so much that it's going to bat for the rapists who are the natural Democrat base. In New York, Governor Cuomo is leading the way by restoring the voting rights of the voodoo rapist. Dozens of convicted sexual predators deemed too dangerous to be returned to the community after their release from prison are among the thousands who received conditional pardons from Gov. Cuomo, giving them the right to vote, the Daily News has learned. When you're soliciting voters, you can't be picky. At least 77 sexual predators sent to civil...

The 54-year-old Geimer appeared in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom for the first time on the director’s behalf.

Montgomery, AL — April 14, 2017, seemed at first like just another routine day at the abortion clinic for a number of pro-life activists who spent the morning offering help to women and their companions as they reported to Reproductive Health Services, an abortion facility located on Perry Street in Montgomery, Alabama. As one of the activists, Daniel French, approached one couple, the man became angry and threw his coffee on French and spit in his face. The police were called to the scene where they arrested Logan Craft inside the abortion facility then marched him out to an awaiting...

It’s a massive victory more than six months in the making. Sergeant First Class Charles Martland – a decorated war hero who faced expulsion from the Army for defending a child – has been exonerated and will be allowed to remain in the U.S. military. We have been aggressively advocating for SFC Martland for more than six months, and now we’ve helped achieve a significant victory for this Green Beret war hero. SFC Martland faced expulsion from the Army for defending a child from sexual abuse and confronting an admitted sexual predator in Afghanistan. The ACLJ argued that his actions...

WASHINGTON — A Green Beret selected last year for involuntary separation from the Army because he hit an admitted child rapist in Afghanistan will remain with the service at least two more months. However, some lawmakers in Congress have said the Army’s decision this week to postpone a verdict on Sgt. 1st Class Charles Martland’s future with the service is not enough. “It is unfathomable that the Pentagon has yet to reinstate Sgt. Martland,” Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Fla., said in a statement released Tuesday, when the Army’s decision on the soldier’s future had been due. “The Defense Department has had...

Hillary Clinton says all female sexual-assault accusers 'have the right to be believed' but skips over accused child rapist she defended in the 1970s – and what of Bill's 'bimbo eruptions'? Hillary Clinton provoked a fearsome outrage from the political right on Monday with an online video in which she insists Americans should reflexively side with young women on college campuses who accuse male students of sexual assault. 'You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed. We're with you,' the Democratic front-runner says in the video, which she addresses 'to every survivor of sexual...

The New York Times knows no boundaries in its quest to be the most anti-American outlet in an already very anti-American national media. This story sounds like something that came from The Onion, but sadly it is true. The New York Times has editorialized in favor of the Civil Rights of pedophiles – yes pedophiles! The Times wrings its dainty little hands and bemoans the nation’s “tough anti-pedophile laws” as “unfair to pedophiles.” A mouth breathing mutant named Margo Kaplan, of course a former American Civil Liberties Union lawyer, who is now an assistant professor at Rutgers University is quoted...

The incredible tale of a father who arranged a kidnapping in order to bring his daughter's killer to justice in France avoided prison time on Tuesday for the abduction. The father took matters into his own hands after Germany refused to extradite the suspect. A 76-year-old Frenchman was convicted Wednesday of having kidnapped a German ex-doctor who had killed his daughter, but he avoided jail time as the court handed down a suspended sentence. The court in the eastern French border town of Mulhouse gave Andre Bamberski a suspended one-year sentence for having abducted Dieter Krombach in Germany and brought...
