A juror on the Derek Chauvin trial who told the court that he had no prior knowledge of the George Floyd civil case was photographed last August wearing a shirt that read “Get your knee off our necks” and “BLM.” He stated last week that he saw jury duty as a means to “spark some change.” ================================================================= Juror #52, now identified as Brandon Mitchell, reportedly told Judge Cahill on March 15 that he had no prior knowledge of the case prior to being summoned for jury duty. Mitchell is the first juror in the Chauvin trial to speak openly about...

So, Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all counts, which is no surprise given the rank jury intimidation engaged in by Democrat politicians, from the Minneapolis Mayor to members of congress and even to the Sock Puppet-in-Chief, who felt the need to weigh in and publicly demand a guilty verdict early on Tuesday. Of course, Biden probably thought he was talking about the OJ Simpson trial, but never mind, the message was sent to the un-sequestered jury, and the Democrat Party got its sacrificial lamb. Thus, regardless of how we emotionally respond to the images of Chauvin holding his knee...

Brandon Mitchell, juror 52 in the trial of Derek Chauvin, has said that the jury deliberated for four hours as one juror was holding out and needed to be convinced of the former officer’s guilt. “It was just dark. It felt like every day was a funeral and watching someone die every day,” Mr Mitchell told CNN, adding that the jury was shown the video of George Floyd’s death five to six times a day during the three-week trial. “I felt like it should have been 20 minutes,” Mr Mitchell said about the four-hour deliberation. He said only one juror,...

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro agreed with a Minnesota jury's guilty verdict in the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin and predicted the convictions would hold against an appeal. Pirro, a former district attorney and an ally of former President Donald Trump who often praises law enforcement, said the decision to convict Chauvin of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd was "supported by the facts." "I've tried many murder cases, and I've sat as a judge on murder cases. It is rare that you even get a picture of the victim...

Former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama say a Minneapolis jury "did the right thing" in convicting former police officer Derek Chauvin of murdering George Floyd. Though they said that justice was done in this case, the nation's first Black president and his wife said in a statement, "we know that true justice is about much more than a single verdict in a single trial." They added: "True justice requires that we come to terms with the fact that Black Americans are treated differently, every day. It requires us to recognize that millions of our friends, family,...

Minneapolis Star-Tribune reporters divulged everything about jurors in the Chavin case short of their names and addresses. It is said by those with knowledge about how proprietary, personal information is improperly released in public--doxxing--that this act constituted clear, civil intimidation. The right to exercise one's jury duty without fear of retribution is a key civil right akin to privacy in the right to vote. My Mother suffered for exercising her right to vote. In Chicago of the early 1930s, she was given a ride to a polling place by an employee of the local political machine. Ballots were not sufficiently...
