One in four homeless people in South Korea have credit cards, according to a report. The study comes amid concern over the number of people in the country running up bad credit card debts. It found that 27.4% of homeless people had been issued credit cards as recently as last month. The figure is based on a survey of 3,951 homeless people staying at 114 shelters across the country.
