MILWAUKEE -— Racine motorcycle salesman Dave Bink says he will fight a lawsuit against him by the recording industry concerning music he says his daughter downloaded to his computer off the Internet. "I'm going to take it to court, even though I can't afford a lawyer,'' Bink,48, said. "I'll probably get chewed up and spit out. But I just don't think it's fair.''
