I wonder if it is a litigable point of contention whether sweeping property owner rights, such as those given to HOAs by their members, include overriding the Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights? If this has been challenged elsewhere, it may apply to this state, or be addressed in Federalism and State’s rights cases regarding 2nd Ammendment case law.

Can the US credibly, efrectively screen with sensors/inspections everything brought in here to test for radiation or... lead-lined containers to mask radiation? How far away can we detect them?

What can be done to un-corrupt them? Any reasonable hope of thet being able to happen?

In that observation, doesn’t the power of Presidential pardons and it limits, fly in the face of modern “doesn’t apply to State law cases? Does the Constitution really mean to limit the power of the President to pardon? At that time of writing in our Country, weren’t nearly all crimes adjudicated at the State level? Did the Founders really intend for such modern limitations upon the President’s ability to pardon?
Finally, has it every been explored in court whether the Presidential pardon applies to all convictions, State and Federal?

I’m starting to think Putin IS doing all he feels Russia can in Ukraine and its not enough. The Ukraine attCks on energy infrastructure inside Russia will force Puting to redirect his not unlimited resources away from so many drones and missiles into Ukraine and spend more in anti drone defence.
