The states can regulate times and places to vote....But they cannot void the election date stated in the Constitution. No different than you bringing your ballot personally to the polling place 5 or 10 or one day after the polls have closed.
They may make an exception for the military...and I think they should.
Found a receipt in my dad's papers of him mailing his ballot from overseas during WWII.
I also think it's about time that mail in ballots are stamped with date and time...by machine....when received at the polling place. No exceptions.

Ya, the Dems are saying everything he is doing in DC regarding monuments, etc.is for his own ego. A less cynical view would be that he is giving the USA a gift that only he can give due to his background in construction. No one else has or can get it done like Trump can. I, for one, am grateful.

Actually, this is a Federal crime, the city of DC doesnโt have jurisdiction. I read that the vandals contaminated the water causing the death of numerous birds, one of the birds was on the Endangered Species List. This bumps the sentence up to a minimum of 20 years in Club Fed. As they say, FAFO. TDS is very detrimental to your well being.

I have to wonder... if any of these same cretins were there on Jan. 6 encouraging destruction at the Capitol building. If I were to lay odds, I’d say yeah, quite possibly. Same cretins that can only destroy and bash those that, instead, build and produce.
